Chief Executive
An Architect and Surveyor with considerable industry experience and knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency in buildings, Phil leads the team and is also a Warm Wales Board member.
Craig Anderson
Projects Director
As an Architect and Town Planner with over 30 years experience in both the public and private sector, Craig oversees the delivery of all Warm Wales projects and is a Co-Cymru Board member.
Helen Perkins
Programme Manager
Helen is responsible for the delivery of the gas and heating grants scheme and has been at Warm Wales since its inception.
James Whelan
Project Manager
James is an experienced project manager providing comprehensive on-site evaluation, design and measures, and contract administration.
Andrew Johns
Project Manager
Andy is an experienced project manager providing comprehensive on-site evaluation, design and measures, and contract administration.
Jane Price
IT/Scheme Manager
Jane oversees the IT infrastructure at Warm Wales and as scheme manager overseeing the gas infill and self referral schemes.
Patreia Crowther
Administrator
Patreia looks after the administration of the gas and heating grants scheme for private sector clients, customer service and general office administration.
Heather Beynon
Financial Controller
Heather manages the finances at Warm Wales and is currently on maternity leave.
Wayne Powney
Administrator
Alongside Patreia, Wayne takes care of the gas and heating grants scheme administration for public sector clients and customer service at Warm Wales.
Jayne Upton
Accounts Assistant
Jayne supports the finance team and is currently working towards her accountancy qualifications
