Added Value Services

Warm Wales – Cymru Gynnes join forces with many other organisations working in communities throughout Wales to raise awareness of the many services that local residents can receive. The Warm Wales assessment team offer the services to every householder, and these include:

  • The Health Promotions to offer a range of child safety equipment for low income families and injury prevention equipment for older people
  • The Social Services teams who offer advice, support services and practical measures to help people with all manner of family problems and daily living activities
  • The Warm Wales Handyperson service in partnership with Care & Repair offers to carry out small household repairs and fit safety and home security equipment for older people who own their own home
  • The Fire Prevention Service offers fire safety advice and equipment
  • The Crime Prevention Service offers advice and home safety assessments
  • Age Concern Wales to improve the lives of all older people in Wales
  • Also Warm Wales work closely with Trading Standards and Community Police to provide a reliable, co-ordinated, and consistent report of our whereabouts and activities
