Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government energy efficiency scheme to help reduce carbon emissions and tackle fuel poverty, creating comfortable homes that are cheaper to heat. Measures available through the scheme include Cavity Wall Insulation, Electric Storage Heaters, Floor Insulation, Internal Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation, LPG Central Heating, and Room in Roof Insulation.
