Our team of friendly and knowledgeable Community Workers offers a range of advice, support, and referral options tailored to the needs of the household. Warm Wales’ services are free and open to everyone in Wales. Some of the services we refer to have their own eligibility criteria – these usually relate to whether someone is on a low income, on certain means-tested benefits and / or has health conditions.
Our Community Workers will discuss your needs, and the support that would be useful to you and run through the process of accessing other services before making referrals.
We are currently receiving a high volume of referrals and there is a small delay in our response times. We will get back to you as soon as we can. In the mean time you can head to our Advice section to find updated information on the cost-of-living support available.
