ClwydAlyn and Warm Wales – Wraparound support following energy improvements

ClwydAlyn and Warm Wales are working in partnership to provide comprehensive support to ClwydAlyn residents who have had energy improvement works installed in their homes.

The upgrades provided by ClwydAlyn are designed to enhance the energy efficiency of homes, providing residents with a more comfortable living environment and helping to reduce energy bills. 

Warm Wales is conducting a satisfaction survey about the recent works on behalf of ClwydAlyn and offering help and support with questions or concerns residents may have about their new energy systems or broader needs including:

• Energy advice & fuel debt
• Technology education & behaviour change
• Health & wellbeing support
• Money maximisation
• Water tariffs, meters and debt
• Warm Homes Discount

This support can help residents to keep warm affordably by reducing bills, making the most of your new technology, getting support with utility debts and looking at your circumstances in a holistic way.  

How to Benefit

ClwydAlyn will send a letter to you if you are eligible to receive support through this collaboration.   You will then receive a phone call from Warm Wales.  If you have received a letter but haven’t heard from us within a month, please let us know on 0800 091 1786.

Any ClwydAlyn residents that are not identified through this project but in need of help can refer themselves to Warm Wales through our form or by calling0800 091 1786.
